Terms and conditions
The rules for using Jauntro: accounts, child profiles, orders, payments, delivery and games.
Last updated: 7 November 2026. These terms apply to jauntro.in and every Jauntro service: the shop, Learn, Play and Create. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Jauntro (“we”, “us”) sells school essentials and STEM kits and runs learning games for children. Contact us at info@jauntro.com or +91 95292 43033.
2. Accounts
Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. You confirm your e-mail address when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the child profiles you add to it.
3. Children
Children use Jauntro only through a child profile created by their parent or guardian, who supervises their use. Child profiles hold a first name or nickname, an optional year of birth and an avatar, plus their game and quiz progress. Children do not create accounts, place orders or make payments.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed once we accept it and, for online payments, once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error or we suspect fraud; any amount paid is then refunded in full.
5. Payment
Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. Where offered, pay on delivery lets you pay in cash or by UPI when the parcel arrives.
6. Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & returns page. You can cancel an order until it is packed. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
7. Games, quizzes and certificates
Level 1 of every game and quiz is free to try. Later levels, saved progress, XP, leaderboard places and certificates need a parent account with a child profile. Leaderboards show only a child’s first name and avatar. Certificates are for encouragement and are not formal qualifications.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, cheat scores, scrape content, upload harmful material or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Our content
The Jauntro name, the Jaunty mascot, games, artwork, text and product designs belong to Jauntro. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Liability
We take care to keep products safe and the site running, but we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. STEM kits contain small parts; follow the age guidance on each product and supervise young children.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

For questions or complaints, write to info@jauntro.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
